Information we collect

• Information you send to us, such as email address, name, company or portfolio context, and message content.
• Basic website diagnostics, such as browser type, approximate location, referring page, and error logs if hosting diagnostics or cookieless analytics are enabled.
• Manorly product account, workspace, property, unit, tenant contact record, lease, document metadata, reminder, task, notification, audit, billing-reference, entitlement, and support data when you use the product.

Payments

Manorly's own SaaS subscription is planned to use Paddle as Merchant of Record for checkout and billing. Paddle may process payment, tax, invoice, and subscription data. Manorly does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

• To respond to inquiries and support requests.
• To provide, secure, debug, and improve Manorly.
• To maintain billing, entitlement, audit, security, and legal records.
• To operate reminders, notifications, worker task flows, and audit-friendly history.
